2. Intellectual Property Rights & Software Ownership

All content, programmatic SEO software architectures, proprietary AI workflows, branding elements, graphics, instructional videos, and website source code are the intellectual property of Webcross Limited or its licensed licensors.

Founder Prototype IP Guarantee: Any proprietary software, business models, application source code, or design schemas created by students or founders during Webcross Academy workshops remain 100% the intellectual property of the respective founder. Webcross Limited claims zero equity, IP, or licensing rights over client prototype artifacts.

3. Webcross Academy Educational Terms & Access

Course enrollments, whether paid or complimentary, provide a non-exclusive, non-transferable individual license for personal educational development. Redistribution, public re-streaming, or unauthorized commercial resale of Webcross Academy course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When interacting with Webcross Limited digital properties, you agree not to:

  • Deploy unauthorized automated crawlers, scrapers, or bot nets targeting non-public API endpoints.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise server security protocols or database firewalls.
  • Transmit any malicious scripts, trojans, ransomware, or fraudulent traffic generators.
  • Impersonate Webcross Limited representatives or misrepresent affiliations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Webcross Limited, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business data resulting from your use of the website, software simulators, or reliance on educational materials.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to resolve any dispute arising from these terms.
